It is a cartoon form of Popeye and Olive Oil and tells the story of how the city of Crystal City, Texas persuaded people to eat spinach, through the persuasion of Popeye. In fact they have erected a statue to Popeye. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/4"" wide by 13"" tall.
