Pontiac Here Is Where Cheering Starts Ad 1949 This is a September 19, 1949 advertisement It is a nice color ad from Pontiac Division of General Motors. Ad shows a pale blue Pontiac In the background is a lady dressed in a coat with a hood. Ad reads, ""It's a wonderful thing, the thrill of being part of the crowd when the big game gets under way. But for those who drive to the stadium in a Pontiac the enjoyment of the day begins long before the kick off. It begins as soon as they leave home."" In excellent condition.
