I had a difficult time reading the maker's mark on this piece This is a lovely old Flow Blue platter. As you can see from the photos the Windsor pattern is a floral design. There is a line on front of the platter but not a break. There are two lines on the back. The back is brownish and I wonder if that's caused from heat. My grandmother used to put a white platter in a hot oven (wood stove) and I remember how dark it was. It definitely was well used by some woman years ago. There is crasing on the back. There is a chip on top and one underneath. The platter is still serviceable, but I've only used it in my Flow Blue display. I think you can tell by the photos that this is a pretty design. For its age it's still pretty and is a great addition to any collection of blue and white pottery. I've put a low price on this platter and will be selling my entire Flow Blue collection on this site.
