Hard to find pair of Blue patterned Fitz Hugh covered vegetable dishes. Blue is more difficult to locate - to find a pair makes this an enticing offer. Traditional Fitzhugh patterned decoration and in a traditional form. Very good condition with no rim chips or abrasions. No restoration. Wear consistent with age. c. 1790. Each dish measures 9 3/4" by 8 1/2" by 6" high to top of cover.
