World War 1 General Pershing Victory Courier ribbon. This ribbon was worn by a member of the Onondaga County,New York Defense Committee in 1919. Likely during a parade to honor Pershing after the "war to end all wars." The resulting ill-advised surrender terms given to Germany lead the way towards WW2.
