OLD plate with lustre and cherubs playing instruments, Wedgwood style. What a unusual plate. It is porcelain with lots of brown Ironstone type dots in the plate (original) with a gold border & center design & a relief design of bisque cherub type angles playing and dancing which are bisque (unglazed) and sit on a bed of green lustre to a pearlized lustre. Very different. I am not sure of country of original but would say Continental. 7 1/4", Mint condition except for the flaws in porcelain (dots). It definitely has the victorian feel to it.
