Ocean City Level Wind Fishing Reel No. 940F & Box
This is a nice clean "Ocean City No. 940F Topsail All Purpose STAR DRAG, FRESH WATER, Level Wind Reel CAPACITY 150 Yards" as stated on the box. The reel features removable level wind, Multiple washer star drag, handle control lever, metal reinforced side plates, self-lubrication bearing, On-Off click, Fluted brass spool, polished red exterior finish. The condition of the reel is fine, with no signs of use. There is some old clear line on the spool. The reel is marked "OCEAN CITY 940 MADE IN PHILA. U.S.A." This is a medium size reel, 1.7" inside spool width, 4" wide overall not including the handle. Also included is the parts list, guarantee, and instruction paper. The box is in good solid condition with normal shelf wear, and worn edges, some minor stains and fading, but is solid and look pretty good overall. A nice gift item for any fishing equipment collector or fisherman!
