Antique Walnut Wood Italian Trestle Table

This magnificent antique Italian trestle table dates to the late 1700’s (1790-1810) and is made from European Walnut Wood. There are six raised rectagular metal studs on the top affixing the three planks to the baluster base. A thick beam runs through the end supports. The only motifs are on the plinths of the balusters and they are foliate in origin.

This antique Italian trestle table is unusually wide at 36-1/2” which is a plus for most people.

Condition: Old restorations; age separations, scratches, nick and rubs to wood, old woodworm.
