Early American Pressed Glass open compote/comport in the  "No. 3" pattern, made by Riverside Glass Works of Wellsburg, West Virginia.  Company operated from 1880-1899; this piece dates from around 1883.  Clear glass with engraved vine band around middle.  Measures 6.5"h x 7.25"d at the smooth rim.  Good condition with only a few chips to the stem, as shown.  Sold as is.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
