White opalescent pitcher in the "Elson Dewdrop" pattern, made by the Elson Glass Co. of Martins Ferry, Ohio, which operated from 1882-1893.  This piece dates from about 1887, and is also known as "Ruffled Edge Hobnail".  Crimped and toothed rim. Glows lightly under UV light.  Measures 4.5"h, 5.25" from handle to spout. Overall good condition, with only 2 chips to hobnails as shown.  Sold as is.  Price recently reduced.  Inglenook Antiques...Established 1989.
