Antique Micromosaic Watch holder brooch HUGE Parrot Bird gold chatelaine Vintage Victorian Edwardian

If you look close you will see that the bird is made of hundreds of the tiniest pieces of glass set into black onyx. This is a  one of a kind rare huge ( 2 1/3" wide) brooch that is a watch fob, locket or watch holder. ( locket and watch are being sold separately and are being used for photos only).  Can be worn as a brooch but also has a hook in the back to hold a locket or pocket watch. A true treasure that is in fabulous condition. I hope this finds a good home where it will be well loved. It has the old c clasp that works perfectly. Would make a great gift to yourself or to a gent who is a bird lover. I don't think you will ever see anything like this again so don't miss out.I do not know the gold content.  This will have to be insured , thus the higher shipping price. If shipping is less I will refund the difference. I am sure you don't want to lose this any more than I do which is why the precaution. I do not see any of the micromosaic pieces missing. Some tiny fleabites are on the edges as to be expected.
