Antique Jet Mourning necklace with festoon drops and antique Lucy Fob chandelier drops double strand vintage jewelry

This necklace is from the early 1900's and is all original. I believe the fob may have been a bit added later but it certainly dates in the same period. Probably made as a   memento necklace with the fob that is engraved LUCY. There are two strands of antique brass and jet beads that create this beautiful collar effect. Even the clasp is quite fancy. The shortest chain is 18". The drop is 2 1/2" long ( the fob drop).
