Antique Harrach Bohemian Czech Cameo Glass Vase

Unavailable
This pretty cameo glass vase from Harrach dates from the late nineteenth to early twentieth century. It measures 8" tall and 2.2" across (20.3 by 5.6 cm), and is in very good condition, with no visible cracks or restorations. Located in the town of Harrachov in northern Bohemia, Czech Republic, Harrach is one of the oldest continually operated glassworks in the world.  At the peak of their production in the nineteenth century, they produced blanks for most of the important glass houses, including Moser, Fritze Heckert, Egermann, and Lobmeyr, among others.  However, their in-house design and craftsmanship was very high and they also produced and marketed signed works such as this lovely cameo glass vase.
