Antique French Restauration Period Gilt Bronze Ewers

Unavailable

This exceptional pair of French gilt and patinated bronze garniture ewers date from the Restauration period (1814-1830), and feature engine-turned bases and trim to the ewers, eagle mounts, spouts with masques and handles in the form of cockerels. Measures: 16.75 x 3.5 x 7 in.  Condition of each is good. Each appears to be missing mounts beside the eagles, and the handle of one is loose.  There are nicks, dents and scratches, all consistent with age. Our price is firm.
