Here is a very interesting unattributed English art nouveau floral design c. 1900-1905.  It has an extremely dark green field glaze with a carved design outlining the central pink and celadon floral design; this carved outline has been stained black beneath the green glaze (I think).  It is very difficult to photograph and I have included an image from an angle to help show this carved outline.  The tile is in very good/good condition with surface wear and a few scratches from use as shown; nick to the right edge at about center, on the outline of the right leaf and another at the top left corner.  A mysterious image to be sure.
