Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty (1644-1911 A.D.) blue and white Porcelain vase of cylindrical form slightly tapering to the trumpet lip. Finely hand painted underglaze in a vibrant tone of cobalt blue, with two dragons, pursuing flaming pearl amidst flames and the clouds.

Base, marked with hand painted in underglaze blue with a six-character mark.

MEASUREMENTS:
Height: 26.5 cm (10.43 inches).

CONDITION: In very good condition, no cracks, or repairs, one minor chip on the edge of the lip.

PROVENANCE:

Acquired from an old Canadian private collection of Oriental Art.
