Antique boudoir Clock perfume Art Nouveau Vanity pendulum

Quantity available: 1
Just look at the ornate metal work on this antique perfume!! Very art nouveau. It is the original bottle with the original footed screws that probably screwed into onyx or marble. My guess is that this was part of a boudoir clock that went on a vanity. Most likely it would have had a few vanity pieces on either side of the clock. Can you imagine how fancy this set must have been. The glass perfume bottle has silver scroll work all over it including the bottom. The top comes off and inside is a cork that is stuck to the top ( I didn't try to remove it but you can see it in the photo) . Wouldn't this be great on a marble block? The perfume measures 3 1/2" tall with an additional 1/2" for the screws. The bottom of the bottle has a mark on it ( sort of looks like an N.. see photo). What is so interesting about this ( beside it being so fancy) is it has the metal pendulum that is part of the design of the bottle casing. A paper clock is in the center of the metal. This is how I found it ( there was a tag on the back at one time that would easily come off). See photo of the one broken stem on the back) I am selling it as found in hopes that someone can repurpose this into a great old dresser piece again.   Ask about our ten percent off special before you buy, it could save you a lot of money.   VintageSparkles offers Layaway on all our pieces regardless of which site it comes from. All layaway payments will need to be in the form of a check or money order only.
