Here's an old advertising celluloid pinback featuring an American Indian with a metal (brass?) hatchet hanging from it. I believe it is the N.E. Red Men's Council. There's writing along the edge of the pinback which I can't make out. There's also some writing on the hatchet; again, I can't make it out. So, if you are a collector of old advertising celluloid pinbacks and American Indians, this is nice.
