Young girls crushed velvet Indian made dress. For dress up, or first dance dress, or maybe even prom dress. Has high waist, 9 hard plastic metal look heart shaped buttons, flared skirt. In near mint condition, no holes no stains, looks unworn. The dress measures 45 inches from back of neck to hem, 32 inches around the bust, armhole to armhole, and the waist measurement is 26 inches, the little cap sleeve inseam is one inch.
