Here's an old advertising celluloid tape measure from National Cigar Co., Inc. of Roanoke, Virginia. The one side shows a patriotic shield-red, white, blue. The other side says National Cigar Co, Ferguson Building, 104 Campbell Ave. W. Phone 872, Roanoke, VA. It advertises "tobaccos, candies, sodas, magazines & news." Colors are bright and crisp. The tape measure works. There are no cracks, hairlines or foxing that I can see. If you are a collector of advertising tape measures or cigar advertising, here's a nice old one!
