Micrometer 3-4 inch Wooden Box .0001 inch

This is a nice vintage 3-4" capacity micrometer with .0001" increments and accuracy. It also has a friction thimble for better accuracy. It's in great shape. Little signs of use. The hardwood box is lap-jointed on the corners, clean and very solid, good sliding track for the top to close the box. A gage and wrench are inside along with an Allen wrench for calibration. Overall 97% like new condition due to the little plastic insert in the main frame missing one half of it, so it's not attached. The plastic part was for labeling has no baring on use or accuracy.  There is a small dab of plastic sealer that was applied after the company calibration process was verified.  The seal has not been remove since.  There is a few places were old inspection sticker once were, but none affecting the quality or precision of this micrometer.  This box is not marked like some others in this set, but this micrometer was made in Poland and is a matching visual appearance to others I have/had in stock.
