Softbound book with 32 pages. This book contains many recipes for different types of meats. It also shows you where the meat cut is located on the carcass. Many of the pages show different Kingan's Reliable products. There is a liquid stain on the bottom of the first page that runs through half the book. Front and back cover show dirt and wear. Front cover has torn from the bind at the top. Back cover shows Kingan's Reliable emblem. This cookbook has been well used and loved. We still consider it in good condition although it may have a small stain or upturned page. It measures approximately 8 3/8 x 5 1/2 inches wide.
