Lux Soap I Was So Careful Ad 1927. This is a May 7, 1927 advertisement. It is a nice black and white ad from Lever Bros. Co., of Cambridge, Massachusetts, with nice graphics from an early magazine. It reads, I thought I was so careful and I ruined them. Now she knows there is only one way to wash delicate fabrics. Use Lux !! There are testimonials from Alberta H Williams of Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia and Mrs. Walter Stocklin of Winnetka, Illinois. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10" wide by 13 1/4" tall.
