Little Buttercup is the name of the miniature lamp and the name is embossed on the side of this 4 inch tall lamp. The handle is hand blown and applied to the lamp. This brass burner has an inscription, Pat. Feb 27, 1877. This implies that it is the oldest nutmeg burner made. Original chimney is included and it is a little rough from normal use.
