Golden child Victorian Baby ring with Turquoise and paste

What a delight to find this tiny antique victorian baby ring in a box full of old baby clothes. the clothes were pretty much in sad shape, but this tiny baby ring was still intact . I am not sure of the gold content ( it is at least gold  filled). The ring is a 2 1/2 and has two turquoise cabochons on each side of either a white topaz or paste center stone. The ring is just adorable!! Imagine being able to give this to a child so it can be another heirloom for another 80 years!
