We offer a most important large Meissen porcelain box. This porcelain casket has the most incredible huntsman paintings both to the sides, rear and front, as well as to the interior. To the top is portrayed the Emperor of Austria and the date 1794. Metal mounted in brass with lock and working key, I have never seen the like. The base is not marked and despite this we can confidently say that the quality of the work screams Meissen. It was examined by a number of experts who confirmed this opinion. The condition is excellent with no wear, no cracks or chips. The painting too is suberb with the artistic embellishments to be terrific.
