The jumbo Cheer Bear is approximately 28" tall. He does have the famous plastic heart on his tush (please see picture)! His tush tag is dated 2002 and made by Play Along. The nose is scuffed. If you take Cheer Bear to your doll repair person he can probably repaint the nose for you. He is in very good condition.
He came from a collector. He has been machine washed and air dried. He is in near new condition. He no longer has his hang tag.
