This is a nice clean knife handle type monkey wrench with the two piece wood (metal center section) handle. It has very little wear on the jaws, a nice straight beam and jaws, with good jaw alignment, no rust. A nice well attached handle, one wood grain split on one side handle, but since it has two steel rivots holding in place is is solid and doesn't move, a few small dings here and there, no rust. It's marked "LAKESIDE" on the steel, the trade name used by Montgomery Wards during the 1940's era. A nice clean wrench overall!
