KPM Porcelain Plaque Alsatian German Wedding by Tadra After Vautier

This KPM plaque from the late 19th to early 20th century depicts an Alsatian wedding scene, after the original oil painting by Louis Benjamin Vautier (Swiss, 1829-1898) known as Dancing Break at an Alsatian Wedding. Recently professionally re-framed. We have not removed the plaque for inspection and are selling the item "as-is".  Condition is excellent.  There are no visible cracks or signs of restoration.  Frame measures 22.2 by 18.4 by 1.6 in, and the portion of the plaque visible under matte measures 11.5 by 7.6 in.  Sotheby's in Zurich offered the original oil on canvas by Vautier on December 5, 2006, in lot 5, with an estimate of 60,000-90,000  Swiss Francs.
