This is a cute bit of nostalgia! I do believe these were used in diners and resturants in the 1960's and 1960's. I do not know if this is a later version than the one that says "moo cow creamer" on the front. It is stamped on the bottom "Whirley Industries, Inc. Warren Penn. USA Patent Pending. It measures approx. 6 1/4" T. X 2 7/8" wide at base. There is a tiny red mark on the bottom, otherwise in very good condition.
