IDEALS Magazines 3 of them. This is a soft back magazine consisting of poems, short stories, songs and many, many beautiful pictures in color. Many of these pictures are suitable for framing. This is a Christmas issue. Contains no advertising. Pages are not numbered but I would say there are approx. 40 pages. There is a beautiful poem by Marge Burke entitled "The Meaning of Christmas", another by Vera Hardman entitled "Home for Christmas", and a full page by Paul Harvery on "Twas the Night Before Christmas" (The rest of the Story). A great great Magazine and in excellent condition. Book 2 story and poem by Edgar A Guest entitled "A Slice of Life". There is a poem by Evelyn Steen Taylor entitled " Grandma's Feather Bed". There is a very moving short story written by Elizabeth Hopkins to her mother (in England) as Elizabeth traveled on the Mayflower to her new home. This magazine measures 11" by 8 1/2" and is in excellent condition! A great Magazine! Book 3 issue is called "Carefree Days." There is a section entitled, "Ideals' Best Loved Poets". These feature poems by James Whitcomb Riley, Henry David Thoreau, William Cullen Bryant and many more. The pictures are in color and really fantastic! This magazine measures 11" by 8 1/2" and is in excellent condition. No advertising. A really great magazine! Photo shows all 3, 2 of them just the tops & the Thanksgiving issue is almost completely scanned.
