This huge Bloodstone ring is a size 7 and is 10kt gold filled . Bloodstone is a type of chalcedony (a variety of quartz) of varying shades of green also known as heliotrope and is said to have magical and healing properties. This name comes from the Greek helio (sun) and trepein (turning). Iron minerals cause the characteristic red and brown spots, which are said to resemble blood drops. This setting is 7/8" long x 3/4" wide and raises up off your finger 1/2". A magical stone that helps heal and protect you, set in a beautiful setting to make you look gorgeous as well.
