I have never seen a brooch this big.. It is not only 4" wide but it stands 1 1/2" tall. AND it spins.  This statement piece is all the rage as BIG brooches are back in style. You will definitely attract compliments with this. It is the most beautiful blue and it has aurora borealis beads in the center. It is marked VENDOME on the back. The white you see on the petals is not enamel loss, it is made that way.     The brooch, as I said is quite substantial. It measures almost 4" long x 1 1/2" thick.
