Greek mythological plaque for hanging early 1900's depicts two male and two female goddesses in ornate open work brass. Sedna,Goddess of the sea is shown riding a whale or dolphin,Neptune,God of Oceans with pitch fork in his sea vessel,mermaid Goddess riding a panther and God riding a sea creature. Four pelicans are also shown between each on the surrounding brass border. The plaque itself is wooden covered in deep dark red fabric. Two brass loop hangers on the back. Brass aged to a nice patina in wonderful condition. Outline of possible water mark on lower right side of the fabric yet does not detract,slightly darker outline. Measures 10.25H X 10.25L X 2 inches H.
