Gorgeous vintage hat with tan silk ribbons extending into velvet leaves. Blue netting extends / drops down about 7 inches from the center silk bow. Very good condition, netting has some damage, circa 1940's. We are not experts in the vintage clothing, but assuming the netting should be ironed. Pictured is piece as found in the hat box and placed on the mannequin head.
