Sterling silver circlet brooch - the design is leaves around cultured pearls. Brooch measures 41 mm diameter (1.5/8 inches). The pearls are all about 5.5 mm diameter (3/16 inch). Excellent condition, except that the rear pin is a bit bent. (Easily straightened by a jeweller if it worries you). Probably dates early to mid 20th century.
