This is a clean set of 6.5" long slip joint utility pliers marked "FULTON" on it. Overall the pliers are in good working condition with only slight wear on the jaws, darkening on the finish, but not rusty, a few minor spots of with pitting on them. Nice straight used pliers, by a not so often seen maker!
