French walnut 19th century ottoman has short cabriole legs and escargot feet with floral carving on the knees. Rich patina to the walnut. More recently covered with soft real leopard hide in handsome tones of camel background with dark brown and cream spotting. The longer sides were gathered in the center creating narrow folds and slight fullness, accented with brass nail-heads trim. The brass tacks form a "V" at either end of the 2 short sides creating additional interest. Thickly padded with tight springs and webbing creates a wonderful seat or footstool. Very minor age wear to the walnut legs as expected. Measures 24L X 19W X 14H. Can be shipped via Federal Express with zip code.
