French giltwood lantern from the late 19th Century, oval shaped with an open center and carved trim with shell decor. Having three lights and a matching wooden canopy. Original gilded patina, nicely aged and still stunning. 21W x 27H, circa 1890, excellent antique condition and ready to hang.
