Here is what I beliv is a pin for a fraternal organization. From all the research, I believe it is for the Manchester Unity Society. I believe this organization is affilliated with or is part of the Oddfellows and/or the Friendly Society's. They are found throughout the world. This on has a bar across the back for attatching a ribbon. The pin part looks like it was soldered so it would stay in the downward position. It measures approx. 1 3/4"X7/8".
