These are four matching antique sconces, c. 1910, in their original silver plate over brass. These single-arm sconces feature an elegant oval backplate with volute detail at top and bottom. A smooth, J-shaped arm extends from the center of the backplate, accented with a baluster finial at the top and a sleek bobeche at the lower end. These wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Three of the sconces have turn switches; one does not. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgias sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 9 tall, 4 ½ wide, and project 5 ¾ from the wall. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH PAIR; THERE ARE TWO PAIRS AVAILABLE.
