Fostoria's "American Milestones" limited edition plate, Star Spangled Banner, second in the series. The oval crystal plate commemorating Francis Scott Key's anthem of 1814 is from molds that were retired in 1972. The bottom of the plate is frosted glass, and the whole plate is irridized.
