1940's Art Deco chrome bed headboard light, manufactured by General Electric. The headboard hanger is approximately 2 inches wide, fits up to a one inch thick headboard, hangs down approximately 2.5 inches in front, and is lined with leather. The chrome light attachment measures aapproximately 4.5 inches by 1.25 inches, swivels, and can accomodate up to a 75 watt small base bulb. The condition of this attractive and functional item is good to very good. The chrome light attachment is in good working condition and shows minimal wear for its age. The hanger has chrome and brushed chrome stripes, making it a strong Art Deco piece; its condition is good, showing wear consistent with its age. Shipping and handling on this item is $7.50.
