Great folk art Whirlygig made by a creative craftsman in the last century. It shows a man trying to get a stubborn mule on its feet. The boy or man and donkey tug of war is powered by a windmill (although the way it is painted looks like a tent.
Made of painted wood with wire and some metal hardware.
Measures 15-3/4 inches long, 8-1/2 at highest point.
Circa early 1900s
Made in America (USA)
Good condition. The paint is well weather worn, but the mechanism works.
