Fisher Fighting Craftsmanship Ad 1943 This is a 1943 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Fisher, Division of General Motors with nice graphics from an early magazine. This picture is by Dean Cornwell. This ad reads, This new naval dual purpose 5 incher is bringing added advantages in fire power to our armed forces at sea and on invasion coasts. Here at Fisher, we take pride in it, even though we do not make all of it. The Army-Navy E flies above four Fisher plants for excellence in aircraft production and from two others for tank production, while the Navy E with four stars is flown by still another Fisher plant for its naval ordnance work. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/4"" wide by 13 1/4"" tall.
