Extraordinary Fine Italian Micro Mosaic Antique Brooch that is extra large. The design is of shell with a center rose. The glass pieces are set very tight. The pattern is exceptionally lovely. It is set in silver that is probably 800 silver.

The condition is very good. Upon intense examination I see maybe two tiny tesserae missing next to the bezel edge. Although it is not really noticeable and maybe that is the way it was made. The back show a bit of tarnish.
