English Rosewood Cradenza
Antique English 19th century break back Credenza mad of highly figured rosewood. This piece has a single drawer and two doors with brass screens over green pleated fabric. The drawer has two original decorative brass pulls and there is a shelf on inside cabinet behind the doors. The top exterior shelf is 36" high and the back splash is another 4" totaling to 40" high. The cabinet section is a break back with two vertical columns flanking left and right sides with turned bun feet on the base. The green fabric on the inside door center panels can easily be replaced if needed. the key and lock are original and work very well
The condition is excellent and the rosewood surface has a stunning look with a deep warm color and polished finish.
