Elgin Watches Value of Time Ad 1923. This is a January 1923 advertisement. It is a nice black and white ad from Elgin Watches, made in Elgin USA, with nice graphics from an early magazine. Has a nice picture of Father Time, their trademark. At the bottom of the picture are the initials H.S. D. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 6 1/2" wide by 10" tall.
