Eggbert and Friends by Enesco had a whole group of these little characters in egg shells in different occupations. This is the Nurse and it is called "Duck Pills" The nurse has a cap with a red cross and she is holding a syringe in one hand. Her body with white uniform is the egg shell shape. On the back lower edge is the name of the creator Bownem 89. It has the label on the bottom and a hang tag with this information. Comes with original box and is in very good shape with no damage to report. What a fun nurse to add to a collection. I don't come across these very often.
