Easy Cleaning with Magnetic Cleaner
Unavailable
This unusual old "Magnetic Cleaner" was marketed by Stanley Home Products of Westfield, Massachusetts probably around the 1940's or 50's. It's not really magnetic, but appears to work using static electricity. The original instruction sheet advised users to use "a sideways movement [to] pass the cleaner briskly, yet lightly over the surface to be cleaned." According to the instructions, "the dust is sucked out of the fabric and into the grooves of the Cleaner." The graphics show the cleaner being used to clean the back of a sofa. An interesting old cleaning item, mint in its original box!
